Our region - at the Wilder Kaiser

In the centre of dreamlike nature

Summer freshness instead of vacation stress

The Michelnhof, in a sunny, quiet location, is the ideal starting point to conquer the summits of the Kitzbühel Alps by foot or by mountain bike.
The mountain "Wilder Kaiser", which is close to our campsite, offers expecially for experienced guests incredible mountain and climbing tours. Also the "Adlerweg" makes its start there.

Additionaly numerous bathing lakes in the region and the beautiful swimming pool in St. Johann provide cooling down on warm summer days.

The central location of our campsite is ideal for excursions to Innsbruck, Salzburg, the Krimml Waterfalls, the Grossglockner and countless other attractions. But also side trips to Kitzbühel (only 8 km away), or to the surrounding film locations of "Bergdoktor" and SOKO-Kitz are very recommendable.

The pure snow pleasure

A free ski bus, which makes its stop directly in front of our restaurant, will take you in a few minutes to the perfect slopes and cross-country skiing trails. The vacation region of St. Johann in Tyrol provides a first-class winter sports experience, far away from crowded slopes. For hiking freaks there are over 100 kilometers of winter hiking trails.

Relaxation and tranquility can be found in the Panorama Badewelt, a top-class wellness oasis.

Snow and skiing pleasure

You can enjoy the fun on the slopes guaranteed, because if necessary 3/4 of the slopes can be covered with snow mechanically. In total there are 22 cable cars and lifts and 66 kilometers of slopes in all levels of difficulty.
At the slopes there are welcoming ski huts, which entice skiers with tyrolean plain fare and sunny terraces. Pure hut culture!

If you're into cross-country skiing the "Koasalauf Trail" offers you with more than 275 kilometers of cross-country skiing trails the opportunity to explore our breathtaking landscapes.
